I hereby request a waiver from the required certification signatures of a registered Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor or Landscape Architect on a grading permit application and a sealed set of erosion and sediment control plans per the Calvert County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance Sec. 4.0-B-1-a.  If a waiver is granted, then the applicant will be responsible for the proposed erosion and sediment control plan meeting  the requirements set forth in the Calvert County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance Sec. 4.0.
